Tasha holds an Educational Specialist degree in Educational Leadership, a Master of Arts in Human Resource Development, and a Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Social Sciences with a minor in Psychology. This academic foundation informs her ability to design solutions that are clear, durable, and aligned with how people and organizations function in practice.
Her professional background spans consulting, higher education, and organizational leadership. She has taught graduate‑level courses in Strategic Management and Compensation at the University of Miami, where she was recognized for her thoughtful instruction and contributions to the development of HR professionals.
